I have to be honest, I miss Locke, Sayid, Hurley and the rest. Thankfully, those three guys are up for their own back stories soon. But lets talk about this episode, yet another Jack back episode.

ok...a few things. One is that on the rerun from last week when Desmond was talking to that woman she mentioned the island and the button, he didn't seem to be bothered by that. I would have asked what she meant about it. Was he really just having a flash back and things were playing into his mind and that is where it came from? Charlie was the only one that he saw in his flashback is that his way to be told that maybe he can help charlie?
OK...last night! wow!! I must say that when Jack is involved it is never boring! That girl was pretty straight forward, no messing around say it and get it over with. BLUNT...I thought that her gift was more of a fortune telling seeing the future thing. anyone else?
What does the mark mean now for Juliet? Is she an outsider now? Did you see her touch Jacks hand when he was trying to help her? a little romance going on there. I know we have all seen it coming. Then the look on the boat said it all! What is the deal with Ben? I can't quite figure him out. Would it have been better for her is she was dead? is that what the mark is for? it sure looked like it hurt!
Carl is strange, was Ben trying to groom him into the next person to take over? And Alex doesn't want him to take over? hmm...just a thought that I had.
Where are they on the island with back yards...That island is huge!
AND...one more thing I thought about last week or so...they have cameras all around the jungle to see people. Are there microphones with the cameras that they use to scare the people? The chanting that we heard whenever someone was in the jungle by themselves...just a thought and I see that this has gotten way out of hand so I will stop for now. Don't worry I am sure that I will post more when there is other discussion going on! TTFN
did I hit all the high points and no one else has a comment? I know that I had a lot to say...but I am sure that there are many things I didn't say as well.
Tim, I don't know how you could be so upset over another Jack-centered episode, it must be a guy thing because as soon as we saw that it was a 'Jack' episode we all shouted out in excitement! hehe.....
I don't think its necessarily Jack. Don't turn this into a 'guys hate all the guys girls love' thing. Its just that I miss having the other originals involved. Leah and I were talking and didn't like the fact that it has basically become two shows, one with Jack, Kate, and Sawyer, and one with the rest.
Also, its been different since a lot of the mystery has been taken out of the 'others'. We all remember what it was like when we found out Ethan wasn't a member of the losties. The only thing that really has any of that mystery is the island, and they haven't done anything with that lately.
As far as the episode goes, it didn't really answer any real questions other than where the kids were.
Jack's tatoos were largely irrelavant. They just add a little to his character.
I did hear that the people in charge of advertising came up with the '3 answers to the biggest questions' junk. I guess the producers were upset over them advertising it that way because that isn't how they designed it.
